On your hands and knees, stack shoulders over wrist and hips over knees.
Inhale as you press the floor away and round your back towards the ceiling. Allow the neck to flex/tuck as well.
Exhale as you move into an arched/extended position, your head will move back to an upright position.
Only go into as much extension as tolerated! There should be no pain or pulling on your incision. It’s okay to have a gentle stretch.
Gradually work to gain increased range of motion over time, but just go as far as you’re comfortable each session. Any movement is good movement.
