KNEES TO CHEST STRETCH

Reps: 15 breaths
Lie on your back and pull one or both knees to your chest.
Use your arms to help pull and hug the knees in gently.
Take a deep inhale through your nose and send your breath into your pelvic floor. Imagine “flowers blooming” from the vagina and anus / “spreading your sit bones”.
As you exhale, just let the muscles recoil back in. No contraction.
