PRONE LYING WITH BREATH - WITH PILLOW

Lie on your stomach with a pillow under your low back.
Inhale into your back body allowing your ribcage to expand.
Exhale and allow the ribs to depress/recoil back to neutral. No contracting for this exercise.
Spend several breaths here promoting relaxation and expansion.
You may feel a light stretch in the abdomen but there should be no painful pulling.
If you feel no stretch at all, feel free to remove the pillow.
