MARCHING INNER THIGH PRESS
Sets: 1
Reps: 20 (10 each side)
Standing up, take an inhale to prep for the movement, allowing the ribcage to expand.
Exhale as you draw in the core, rotate your trunk toward the opposite knee that is marching.
Press your palm into the opposite inner thigh. You should feel your obliques turn on as well as the inner thigh muscles.
Hold this press for the full exhale.
Inhale, reset. Exhale, repeat and twist to the opposite side.
