MARCHING INNER THIGH PRESS

Sets: 1

Reps: 20 (10 each side)

  • Standing up, take an inhale to prep for the movement, allowing the ribcage to expand.

  • Exhale as you draw in the core, rotate your trunk toward the opposite knee that is marching.

  • Press your palm into the opposite inner thigh. You should feel your obliques turn on as well as the inner thigh muscles.

  • Hold this press for the full exhale.

  • Inhale, reset. Exhale, repeat and twist to the opposite side.
