BENCH LEG LOWERS
Sets: 3
Reps: 10 (5 each side)
Lie on a bench with your knees and hips at 90/90. Hold on to the top of the bench and pull down to engage your lats.
Inhale and expand the ribs to prep for the movement.
Exhale as you draw in your core and slowly lower one leg down towards the floor. Avoid letting the low back arch off of the bench. Only go as far as you can control. Bring the leg back up.
Inhale back at the 90/90 position.
Exhale, draw in and switch sides.
Modifications:
Decrease the range of motion. Only go as far s you can control.
