KNEE TUCKS WITH UPPER BODY ASSIST

Reps: 10
Sit on the mat with your palms on the mat behind you.
Lean back and extend your legs out together in front. Inhale and expand the ribcage.
Exhale and draw in your core. Lift through the core and bring your thighs in for a knee tuck. Use your arms to assist you as needed.
Inhale as you lower back down and extend the legs out. This is still hard work so inhale and lengthen with control.
Your arms are there to help you with each phase. Eventually build to doing this without upper body assist.
Modifications:
Decrease the range of motion by bending the knees or not leaning back as far.
Use more upper body assist as needed.
