CHILD'S POSE WITH LATERAL REACH
Sets: 1
Reps: 10 breaths each side
Start in child’s pose position with your hips back towards the heels.
Reach and side bend to the opposite side allowing a nice stretch along your side body.
Hold and send your breath into the lats, lateral ribcage and low back. You should feel some nice expansion with each inhale.
As you exhale, just let things recoil back to the starting position.
Perform on both sides.
Modifications:
Decrease range of motion as tolerated.
