GENTLE STANDING EXTENSION

Reps: 10-15
Stand up and use upper body support for this exercise, like a chair or table.
Take a small back extension allowing a very gentle stretch through the abdominals.
Hold for a few seconds and then return to standing.
Breathe easy - no need to apply to a certain phase of movement. Avoid holding breath.
Only go as far as you feel comfortable. You should feel an easy stretch, nothing painful or intense pulling.
Gradually build range of motion as tolerated.
