In a standing position, inhale and allow the ribcage to expand 360 degrees.
Exhale like you are blowing through a straw. Draw in your core lower, middle and upper abdominals
Inhale, expand. Exhale, draw in.
Aim to recruit the abdominals evenly.
Post c-section can be tough to coordinate the lower abdominals. Watch to avoid compensating with the upper abs. Think “draw away from your waistband”.
